The Town of Kitty Hawk invites community members to participate in an open house this month on the town’s comprehensive land use plan.
The plan is community driven, and input from the public is needed on the plan that will be used to guide elected and appointed officials when making significant land use decisions.
Some of the input being sought is what you love about Kitty Hawk, your biggest concerns for the future and what you would like to see improved.
Public meetings will be held and a community survey will also be conducted as part of the plans development.
The open house has been scheduled for Kitty Hawk Town Hall, 101 Veterans Memorial Drive, on Wednesday, November 16, from 5 to 7 p.m.
