In the upcoming year, what can we anticipate for the trajectory of travel? Leisure and business travel have witnessed a robust resurgence in the past two years. Yet, concerns of a potential recession and ongoing inflation cast shadows on the sustained revival of the travel sector.
Erik Evjen will present the most recent insights from Tourism Economics on the economic landscape, traveler sentiment, and projected travel trends.
He is the Executive Vice President of Tourism Economics, a global tourism forecasting and quantitative analysis firm.
At Tourism Economics, Evjen developed and oversaw SYMPHONY, a customized business intelligence platform designed to help destination marketing organizations (DMOs) quiet the noise of complex data, compose crystal clear intelligence, and amplify the importance of destination sales and marketing to stakeholders.
Prior to joining Tourism Economics, he led Philadelphia Convention & Visitor Bureau’s research department, and currently serves on several national tourism related boards and committees, including the TTRA International Board of Directors.
Registration is $55.00 per attendee early bird until October 13; afterwards $65.00 per attendee (Lunch and refreshments included).
