A contractor for the North Carolina Department of Transportation is resuming their U.S. 158 paving project in Nags Head.
The contractor has started milling the side streets along South Croatan Highway from Hollowell Street north to Eighth Street.
Be prepared for outside lane closures along U.S. 158 in the work zone.
The plan is for street paving to begin on Monday, October 2, but the project schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances that can result in construction delays.
