An Ocracoke hotel and marina are up for sale at a combined price of $7 million, as The Anchorage Inn and Marina is now listed by The Rich Company of Ocracoke as both separate properties and a package deal.
Constructed in 1982 and first listed in early 2022, the 12,000 square foot inn features 37 rooms overlooking Silver Lake features two large suites with full kitchens and private walk out balconies along the top floor, a gated, harbor-front pool with composite decking, and also includes an adjacent four-bedroom house for staff.
According to the listing by agents Bill Rich and William Adams, recently completed upgrades include a new shingle roof, exterior paint, and septic drain fields.
Two docks are included with the inn that has approximately 27 boat slips and 120 feet of harbor frontage, and a commercial lease space on Silver Lake and N.C. 12 that is the currently occupied by Island Golf Carts.
The Anchorage Marina is the only marina that provides dockside fuel service on Ocracoke, has 21 slips along three piers with electrical and water service along 150 feet of waterfront, and includes long-term slips with a lengthy waiting list.
The marina also includes a waterfront restaurant occupied by the popular SmacNally’s Bar and Grill.
The listed price as of Labor Day for the inn and related properties is $5.5 million, the marina is listed separately at $2 million, and a combo deal is available at $7 million.
