The Roanoke Island Historical Association is pleased to present the 5th Annual The Lost Colony Wine and Culinary Festival on April 15th, 2023.
Held on the grounds of The Lost Colony, presented by TowneBank and co-sponsored by the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau, the festival celebrates Roanoke Island’s history and is a fundraiser to benefit The Lost Colony.
Attendees can taste over 100 wines, beers, and sparkling selections as well as sample savory pairings from ten local restaurants. The Lost Colony Wine & Culinary Festival also offers live entertainment, a silent auction, and breathtaking views of the Roanoke Sound.
New in 2022, the Artists Market hosts local and regional artists with original pieces for display and purchase.
The festival will be held Saturday, April 15th, from 2-5pm. Doors open at 1PM for VIP ($95) ticket holders and at 2PM for General Admission ($80). Tickets are now on sale at www.TLCwinefest.com. This annual event sells out quickly, with tickets increasing by $5 on April 9th.

The 86th Season of The Lost Colony is presented by PNC Bank. First staged in 1937, The Lost Colony is the nation’s premier and longest-running outdoor symphonic drama. Adapted from the original script written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paul Green, The Lost Colony’s 86th season will run from June 2-Aug. 26, 2023, at Manteo’s Waterside Theatre, on North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
