Water’s Edge Village School, the Outer Banks’ only public charter school and now in its 10th year, has opened enrollment registration for the 2023-2024 school year.
Any North Carolina child entering kindergarten through eigth grade is eligible to enroll. The school has a maximum capacity of 46 students and is expecting to have eight open spots for the upcoming year.
Should more than eight students sign up, names will be drawn following the published policy. That policy and the Request for Admission/Lottery Enrollment form are found online: https://www.watersedgevillageschool.com/lottery-enrollment.
The drawing for new students will be held on March 3, 2023.
