Four popular Outer Banks eateries to become pop-up Christmas bars for the season

December 1st, 2022

Following the popularity of Lucky 12 Tavern in Nags Head becoming Jingle 12 over the last several Christmases, three other eateries have decided to join in the festivities as the Outer Banks becomes Christmas Island.

Starting December 1, Jingle 12 will be joined by Mama Kwan’s Tiki Bar and Grill as it becomes Mama Klaus’s, Bonzer Shack morphs into The Broken Candy Cane, and Goombays Grille and Raw Bar will become Goombrrs.

“Join us for tons of Christmas cheer and décor along with Christmas inspired food and Christmas cocktails for adults and kids,” Lucky 12 announced on their Facebook page in November.

All four spots plan to hold special events such as markets, contests, toy drives, brunches and more.

“We are all so excited about this December! Dust off those Christmas outfits and get ready to have some fun! See y’all December 1st!”
