“We are very excited to be able to bring Sotheby’s International Realty to serve clients in the Outer Banks,” remarked Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Daniel Malechuk.

“We are equally thrilled that two top-producing real estate teams, led by Heather McLay and Melanie Day, have already decided to join our firm in this new office location in the Outer Banks,” Malechuk said.

“Their teams have consistently led the region’s luxury market and have recently produced over $150 million in closed sales volume,” Malechuk said. “They are excellent additions to our firm’s culture, align strongly with our values, and are essential building blocks as we continue to add first-class agents in the Outer Banks.”

“Expanding into the Outer Banks has been a goal of our firm for a long time,” said company Founder and Principal Broker Nick Phillips. “We believe the Outer Banks real estate market holds tremendous potential for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand in the years to come.”
