The Outer Banks Running Club presents the 2022 OBX Gobbler 5K and Fun Run on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, in Nags Head.
Proceeds enable the club to serve its members and our community & visitors through races, clinics, group runs, club coaching, social events, and more.
All 5K participants will receive a race-themed shirt, register by November 1 to guarantee size. The event is clock timing only, no chips.
Registration is $35 for the 5K, $30 for OBX Running Club members. The Fun Run costs just $10.
Packet pick-up will be held Wednesday, November 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Studio Outer Banks at the Pirates Quay Shopping Center, 3022 South Croatan Highway #22, Nags Head. All 5K bibs picked up Wednesday evening will get a $5 bill back.
Parking is at the Outer Banks Mall, with race day pick up available from 7 to 7:45 a.m. near Homegoods. The course runs through the Village at Nags Head soundside neighborhood.
