The Town of Nags Head is pursuing a new grant to fund renovations at Whalebone Park, with a focus on young children and universal accessibility.
Join town staff for a public open house on Tuesday October 25, 2022 at the Board of Commissioners Room at 5401 South Croatan Highway.
Drop in any time between 5 and 7 pm to check out the draft conceptual parks plan, learn about the Accessibility For Parks grant program, provide feedback, and talk to staff.
There will be a short presentation at 5:30 pm. Please bring your kids as there will be a kids station with paper and crayons so we can include the youngest members of our community.
