So many great experiences and activities will fill Downtown Elizabeth City this Friday, you’ll have a hard time doing them all.
RiverSplash is happening in many venues, which allows you to come early and visit those spots before the official 4:00 pm ArtWalk start.
It will be a great month to get ahead of the game on holiday gift shopping! Be ready to smile for the camera as Visit Elizabeth City will have professional photographers roaming and taking photos throughout the evening.
There will be roaming thespians from College of the Albemarle’s upcoming performance of “Clue: On Stage.” A “Flood the Streets” event will take place in Ives Alley behind Arts of the Albemarle with a street performance party.
Albemarle Hopeline’s annual Peace on the Pasquotank event will take place at 5:30 pm at Mariners’ Wharf Park.
ALL kinds of art will be displayed and will be available for sale at the 41 ArtWalk venues and experience locations, from fiber art, metalworks, jewelry, resin, wreaths, glass, photography, live art demos and plein air, live music, drawing circles, painted pours, and so very much more.
It’s not just an ArtWalk it’s an ArtExperience!
There will be two new business grand openings – Divine Illumination & Holistic Healing in the WaterWorks building at 400 S. Water Street and Copper Canyon Bath Company in the Virginia Dare Arcade at 507 E. Main Street.
Transition from ArtWalk into the evening with a relaxing sound bath meditation at Waterfront Park at 7:00 pm, followed by dinner, drinks, and other live music options throughout downtown.
