Kill Devil Hills annual Ice Cream Social on Tuesday at Aviation Park

The Town of Kill Devil Hills and KDH Board of Commissioners will host the annual Ice Cream Social, which includes free hot dogs and hamburgers, on Tuesday Sept. 27 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at Aviation Park.
