Outer Banks Seafood Festival vendor and sponsor applications available, 2022 logo released

Applications are now being accepted for arts and craft vendors, local non-profits and retail vendors, and sponsorship opportunities, while the design of merchandise and shirts for the 2022 Outer Banks Seafood Festival has been released.

The festival is scheduled for October 15 at The Sounside event site in Nags Head.

All vendor spaces are first-come, first-serve, with 75 available for arts and crafts vendors ($150), 10 non-profit spaces ($75) and 10 retail business spaces ($250).

The mission of the festival is to provide a fun and educational experience promoting, honoring and celebrating the region’s coastal seafood heritage and community. Offerings include educational displays, food by local restaurants, arts and craft vendors, live music, children’s activities, and more.

“Every activity at the festival focuses on the history of this community and the commercial fishing heritage,” said 2022 Outer Banks Seafood Festival Chair Richard Hess. “Attendees come from all 50 states and 30+ countries offering great branding opportunities for businesses and this region.”

Available sponsorship levels range from $500 to a $5,000 level. Based on the sponsor level, packages include incentives such as a logo on the festival T-shirt, food and/or beverage bucks, tent displays at the event, free guest admissions, parking passes, signage on the day of the event and more based on the sponsor level. Sponsors are featured on the event website.
